1.认真做好宣传、动员工作，向学生和家长宣传开放日活动，发放邀请函，利用校讯通为家长发布信息。
2.精心布置教室，加强班级文化氛围建设。做好服务工作，将后门打开，摆放凳子。
3.规范学生中午放学排队出校门制度。做好学生安全、纪律、卫生、文明礼貌教育。要求学生穿戴整洁大方。上体育课的班级，要求学生按体育老师的要求着装。
任课教师：
1. 所有任课教师认真钻研教材，精心备课，力争上优质课，体现新课标理念，切忌摆花架子。
2. 所有教师要热情接待家长，耐心与家长交换意见，使家长真正了解孩子，了解教师，了解学校。
3.全体教师着校服（正装），佩戴校牌。体育老师穿运动装。
4.本期继续进行背古诗、读书、唱歌、预习等形式的课前准备。尤其是开放 日，应该把这些常规工作做得更好。
